Our kitchen is open for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays, and for lunch on Saturdays. All other times we will be serving concession food only.

  • We Love Steak At The Sundance

    In order to help you enjoy your meal, we offer the following definitions of how our steaks and burgers are cooked:

    Rare — is red in color from edge to edge and cook in the center

    Medium Rare — has a warm reddish-pink center

    Medium — hot center and is pink throughout

    Medium Well — hot center that is light pink in color

    Well — no pink at all
