Our kitchen is open for dinner on Friday and Saturday and for lunch on Saturday. All other times we will be serving concession food only.

    In order to help you enjoy your meal, we offer the following definitions of how our steaks and burgers are cooked:

    Rare — red in color from edge to edge and cook in the center

    Medium Rare — warm reddish-pink center

    Medium — hot center and pink throughout

    Medium Well — hot center that is light pink in color

    Well — no pink at all
