ENTREES Sliced Sirloin Topped with Mushroom Sauce

Tender top sirloin steak cut thin and covered in a red wine mushroom sauce.

Seared Pork Loin

A brown sugar rubbed pork loin seared and glazed in mushroom sauce, then slow roasted and sliced into medallions.

Chicken Teriyaki

Chicken seared with fresh herbs and vegetables, then topped in the pan on a bed of wild rice.

Lemon Pepper Grilled Salmon

Grilled Atlantic salmon filets seasoned in our lemon pepper blend and then drizzled with dill hollandaise sauce.
