Sundance Steakhouse & Saloon has been a part of the Fort Collins and Northern Colorado community since 1982. As a steakhouse with prime meats, house-made sauces, and juicy never-frozen burgers, we're a favorite for any meat lover! As a music venue we host local and national bands for fans of all ages every weekend! As an event center we host a wide variety of options for anyone looking to have a great time! Our live bull riding events happen every spring and fall in our outdoor arena; our front room is often filled with a comedy show, a murder mystery dinner, or even a private event! Sundance Steakhouse & Saloon has had three owners in its 41 years and counting! The current owner, Nicole Scott, is a Northern Colorado native with a passion for community, music, and family. Prior to purchasing Sundance, she was the Director of Nursing for a local nursing home and rehab center - which was her dream career growing up in her 21 years working in the medical field. Although Nicole's plate is full as a mother of two - ages 10 & 14, a bonus mom to a very active three year old, and engaged to a career musician, she is actively involved in.
